MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE
Once again the Eaglesham and District Agricultural Society is honoured to welcome
you to this, our 48th annual fair. It is our hope that all exhibitors, contestants, and
spectators, young and old have the time of their life. Each year, with help from our
sponsors and donors, we do our best to plan the best fair we can. But all of this would
be for nothing if the people from our community were not here to enjoy the fair. Each
year we look forward to your participation to make the fair great. So welcome. Come
and have fun. We are looking forward to seeing you there.
FAIR SCHEDULE

Thursday 5:00 to 7:00 pm Exhibit hall opens to receive entries
Friday 5:00 to 7:00 pm Exhibit hall opens to receive entries.
6:00 p.m. Hot and cold food booths open
Berry Garden (Refreshments for all Ages) Open
6:30 p.m. Ball games start
7:00 p.m. Hypnotist (in front of Berry Garden
7:00 to 10:00 Exhiblt hall judging takes place.
Saturday 7:00-9:00 a.m. Free Pancake Breakfast at the hall, sponsored by EFD Ventures
8:00 a.m. Horseshow registration and number pick up
9:00 a.m. Horsehow starts
9:00 a.m. Parade assembly and judging (school parking lot)
10:00 a.m. Parade starts
10:30 a.m. Exhibit hall opens to the public
Hot and cold food booths open
11:00 a.m. Berry Garden opens
12:00 p.m.- 3 p.m. Target Paintball, by Everybody Runs for Paintball, Fairview
11 a.m. to 5:00 pm Games and activities
2:00 p.m. Games booth opens
3:00 to 4:30 pm Exhibits must be picked up from the exhibit hall.
5:00 p.m. Beef supper at the fairgrounds.
7:00 p.m. Calf scramble/mutton busting/wild cow milking/
dress a calf/greased pig/etc.
9:00 p.m. to 1 a.m. DJ family dance at the fairgrounds
Sunday 8:00 a.m. Breakfast at the hot food booth
9:00 a.m. Register for gymkhana
10:00 a.m. Gymkhana starts.
10:00 a.m. Church at Eaglesham Community Church
10:30 to 11:30 am Register for mud bogs
11:00 a.m. Berry Garden opens
11:00 a.m.- 3 p.m. Target Paintball, by Everybody Runs for Paintball, Fairview
12 noon to 5 p.m. Marketplace at the quonset
